This week we are have a jazz inspired routine set to Icona Pop’s “Someone Who Can Dance”. Learn the moves and master them before your next Red Hot Dance Fitness class. You can also repeat this or mix with our other choreographed routines for an at home workout. If you are a fitness instructor feel free to borrow the choreography for your classes.
