This week we are celebrating St Patricks Day with an Irish Dance inspired dance fitness routine set to music from Lord of the Dance. Have you ever seen Riverdance or Lord of the dance and wanted to dance like that? This weeks video was inspired by those shows by Michael Flatley and not only are they fun but they burns tons of calories. This is a vigorous cardio workout!
