We take the guesswork out of class programming class while still allowing creative freedom from our instructors and providing the tools in order for instructors to modify their movements for all levels. We offer a mix of Pre-choreographed routines while giving our talented team of instructors the freedom to add their personality, style and teaching skill.  Red Hot Dance Fitness Instructors learn effective verbal and nonverbal cueing techniques, progressions/regressions for teaching a multi-level class as well as Safety guidelines for instructing all levels.  Rest assured you will receive the vigorous cardio vascular workout while learning fresh dance choreography to your favorite songs.

Q.  What makes Red Hot Dance Fitness different than other programs?

A.  New Music and New Movement EVERY WEEK!  We use original music from original artist that are currently on the radio and television.  Since we provide weekly choreographed routines to our instructors, you are guaranteed to not only have the newest song releases but also have fresh new choreography for every class.  Instructors also have the freedom to add their own style so each class is different and unique.   Instructors use both verbal and non-verbal cueing as well as layers of choreography so that all levels can feel comfortable yet challenged in the same class.

Q.  Where can I take a Red Hot Dance Fitness Class?

A.  We have classes in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas and will be expanding nationally in 2013.  Find a class here and if there is no class in your area let your gym know you want Red Hot Dance Fitness on the schedule.  They can send an instructor to a training or host a training at their facility.

Q.  How can I become a Red Hot Dance Fitness Instructor?

A.  Register for an upcoming instructor training and certification course.  We will send you choreography to help you prepare for your one day training.   Attend the one day training and submit a video for your final evaluation.  Learn more about becoming an instructor here
