This week we are celebrating St Patricks Day with an Irish Dance inspired dance fitness routine set to music from Lord of the Dance. Have you ever seen Riverdance or Lord of the dance and wanted to dance like that? This weeks video was inspired by those shows by Michael Flatley and not only are they fun but they burns tons of calories. This is a vigorous cardio workout! Become a backup dancer for Janet Jackson

It’s Janet Jackson July at Red Hot Dance Fitness!

Are you a Janet Jackson fan? Did you grow up watching her music videos dreaming about being one of her backup dancers?  If you were anything like me you knew all the moves to Control, Miss you much, Escapade, Rhythm Nation and so many more!  I used to tape her videos on the VCR (way before we had youtube!)  And I would rewind, pause, slow motion….whatever it took to learn the moves.

Whether you remember the moves or you are just seeing Janet’s music videos for the first time there is no denying how hot the dance choreography is and how much fun it would be to learn the moves. Well now you can.  I’ll be sharing breakdowns each Thursday during July for our Red Hot Fit Tips each week! Let me know in the comments below what videos you would like to see broken down most!
