“What Do You Mean” Full Body Workout

This week we are giving you a full body workout using just your body weight. Interval your squats and planks to create a full body conditioning workout that includes cardio. Repeat the series again and again for a longer workout – you can even add your favorite songs. This workout is set to Justin Biebers song: Where Have You Been.
